Real Management Services (Real Management Services) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and processes it in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect and why

• Your name, phone number, email and message when you enquire, request a viewing or a valuation — to respond to you.
• Your search criteria when you create a property alert — to email you matching homes, only with your express consent.
• Basic analytics about page views — to improve the site. We use one first-party cookie and no advertising trackers.

Marketing

We only send property updates and newsletters when you have ticked the separate consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time with the link in every email or by contacting us.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to our office. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are helping you and then for the periods required by law; alert subscriptions until you stop them.
